LVX and Julep Maven Nail Polish Review
Ready for some nail polish fun? In this post I will be reviewing two different polishes and a top coat.
This LVX in Mynt came in my March 2015 Boxycharm subscription box. This color is amazing. It’s valued at $16 and is said to be long lasting, chip resistant with a high shine. These polishes are cruelty free. Hip, hip, hooray for animals!
Here’s what the polish looked like on my fingers with one coat. And it sill looked great even five days later. I liked the formula of this product as well.
I did put this Julep Lucky-It Girl color (valued at $14) on top some of my LVX colored nails. It came in my March 2015 Julep Maven subscription box.
Here’s what it looked like.
Here’s what my nails looked like five days later with the LVX and Julep polishes. There was no peeling on my left hand and just some minor peeling on my right hand with virtually no chipping. I did remove and reapply the color to one finger on my right hand. But I’m super impressed with the staying power of the polishes.
I also had this guy on there. The Oxygen Performance Top Coat from Julep valued at $18. You can buy the LVX polish at shoplvx.com and the Julep products at julep.com. I would definitely recommend all three products to my friends. While you may be paying more than drugstore nail polish, the quality is definitely there. What’s your favorite nail polish brand?
